Well, we got in on Tuesday afternoon, and here we are on Friday. The weather has been great – cool and mostly sunny with a few evening thunderstorms. We are unpacking an average of 2 boxes a day and the garage is still full of stuff! The house looks terrific though, and little by little it is all coming together. I have made a promise to make some new and exciting meals from scratch and have been thinking of things to make. Every day we go to the local farm stand to see what is fresh and interesting, and plan to make that the model for evening meals – it sure beats Whole Foods! We had a great run of Pirates of Penzance at the Atlas Performing Arts Center. It was a restaging of the production that was directed by Carrie Klewin in 2008. Some of the same cast, but lots of new talent as well.
